What is SnowSEO?
SnowSEO is an all-in-one SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform. It brings rank tracking, traffic analytics, site audits, AI visibility monitoring, and content tools into one workspace — synced to your real Google data via Google Search Console.
Step 1: Create your account
Go to snowseo.com and sign up.
SnowSEO creates your Organisation automatically (e.g. "Your Name Organisation").
You can invite team members anytime — there are no per-seat limits.
Step 2: Set up your first Brand
A Brand = one website/domain. All keywords, audits, traffic, and content live inside that Brand.
Once you sign up, SnowSEO walks you through an onboarding flow to configure your Brand:
Enter your domain — e.g.
acme.comorwww.acme.com(nohttps://needed).Choose target region(s) — sets which Google index is used for rank tracking (e.g. US vs UK).
Add competitors — SnowSEO analyses your domain and automatically suggests competitors. You can adjust the list before continuing.
Initial reports are generated — SnowSEO kicks off your first AI Visibility scan and GEO Audit in the background. These are ready within a few minutes.
Tip: Managing multiple sites? Create a separate Brand for each one. Switch between them from the sidebar.
Step 3: Connect Google Search Console
During onboarding you'll be prompted to connect GSC — you can also do this any time from Brand Settings.
Click Connect Google Search Console.
Sign in with the Google account that has access to your property.
Select the matching GSC property.
Once connected, Traffic and Rank Tracking pull real Google data instead of estimates. One GSC property can be linked per Brand.
Optional: Connect Google Analytics 4 in Brand Settings for session and conversion data.
Step 4: Explore your dashboard
After onboarding you'll land on Overview. Here's what to look at first:
KPI cards — Health Score, Audit Score, Search Impressions, AI Visibility
Performance Summary — AI Platforms tab and Search Engines tab
Competitor Visibility — how you compare to competitors across AI and search
Topical Authority — content topic gaps to prioritize
