Prompt Tracking lets you monitor how AI platforms respond to specific queries — and whether your brand appears in those responses. It's the GEO equivalent of keyword rank tracking, but for AI-generated answers.

How to set up Prompt Tracking
Go to AI Visibility in the sidebar.
Click Add Prompt.
Enter the query you want to track (e.g. "best SEO tools for small businesses").
Select which AI platforms to track it on.
SnowSEO will check that prompt regularly and show you whether your brand is mentioned, where, and how.
How much does Prompt Tracking cost?
Each prompt response costs 25 AI credits. Tracking one prompt across 4 platforms uses 100 credits per cycle.
Is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) available?
BYOK support is planned and in the works. We'll announce it when it's available.
Common questions
How often are prompts re-checked?
Prompts are tracked on a regular schedule. You can see the last checked timestamp for each prompt in the AI Visibility dashboard.
Can I track competitor mentions too?
Yes — you can see when competitors are mentioned in AI responses for the same prompts, giving you a direct comparison.
