Issues (red) - Fix first

  • Broken internal links (404)

  • Server errors (5xx)

  • Important pages blocked by robots.txt

  • noindex tags on pages that should rank

  • Redirect chains with 3+ hops

Warnings (yellow) - Fix soon

  • Missing or duplicate title tags

  • Missing meta descriptions

  • Thin content (under ~300 words)

  • Images without alt text

  • Slow page load times

How to fix an issue

Click any issue in the report to see:

  • Which pages are affected

  • Why it matters for rankings

  • Step by step instructions to fix it

Use the Export button to download a PDF report of up to 10 audited pages. Share it with your team or developer.

Where to start when you have hundreds of issues

  • Sort by Errors first (red)

  • Then sort by Number of Pages Affected

  • Fix the issues impacting the most pages

  • Move to Warnings (yellow) after errors are cleared

  • Notices are optional improvements

You do not need to fix every single warning to rank well. A score of 70 or above is solid enough to publish content and start growing.

My score dropped and I did not change anything

This can happen without you touching your site. Common causes:

  • An external site you link to went down (creates a broken outbound link)

  • A third-party script or image was removed

  • Our scoring was refined to better reflect Google's current guidelines

Check the Issues Changed section in your audit report to see exactly what is new. Run a new audit after deploying fixes to see your updated score immediately.
