Extra AI credit packs
If you run out of credits before your monthly reset, you can buy extra credit packs without changing your plan.

Go to Settings -> Billing to purchase. Extra credits are added to your balance immediately.
How extra credits are spent
Your monthly plan allowance is always used first. Extra credits are only drawn on once the monthly pool is empty.
This means buying early never wastes anything. A top up sits untouched until you actually need it.
Extra credits never expire. Unlike your monthly allowance, they survive every reset date indefinitely.
You are never charged automatically. Top ups are always a manual purchase, and AI actions simply pause if you run out.
Larger packs have a better rate per credit, so if you expect to need more later, buying up a size is usually the cheaper route.
Top up credit discount
Some plans include a top up credit discount. This reduces the price of extra credit packs automatically at checkout. Check your plan details in Settings -> Billing to see whether you have an active discount.
Before you buy: check where the credits went
If you are running out every month, a top up treats the symptom. Open Settings -> Billing & Plans -> Usage History first, switch the chart to Monthly, and see which category dominates.
The most common cause is AI Visibility, where the cost repeats on every refresh. Slowing your refresh interval or tracking fewer platforms per prompt often removes the shortfall entirely. See how to optimize your AI credit usage.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from Settings -> Billing.
Your new limits apply immediately
Your billing cycle resets to the date of the upgrade
You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current cycle
If you downgrade, excess keywords or tracked items beyond your new tier's limit may be automatically deactivated, and AI platforms not included in the lower tier stop being checked.
Top up or upgrade? Buy a top up when the shortfall is occasional, such as a launch month. Upgrade when you run out every month, or when you need something a top up cannot buy: more Brands, more keywords, more page audits, extra seats, faster refresh intervals, or access to more AI platforms.
Billing cycle and renewals
Monthly plans renew every month on your subscription date.
Annual plans renew every year on your subscription date, and carry the same
monthly allowances at a lower yearly rate.
Credits reset on your subscription date, not on the first of the calendar month. If you subscribed on the 15th, your credits reset on the 15th.
All plans auto-renew unless you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings -> Billing, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancel any time. There are no long term contracts.

No partial refunds for unused days or credits.
If you cancel and return later, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
