No. Extra credits do not expire and have lifetime validity.

When do credits reset?

Credits reset based on the date you redeemed or started your plan, not the calendar month. If you activated on June 15, they reset on July 15.

Does keyword research use AI credits?

No. Keyword research has its own unlimited allowance and does not consume AI credits.

How much do extra brands cost?

You cannot purchase extra brands individually. Brands are bundled with your plan tier. Contact support for agency bulk pricing if you need more than your tier allows.

Can I change a brand later?

Yes. You can change a brand's domain once every 30 days. Changing the domain wipes all existing data for that brand and starts fresh.

Why do tiers discriminate between AI models?

Some models are significantly more expensive to run. All models use a fixed number of credits per response by design. Limiting model access on lower tiers keeps lifetime plans feasible.

We are exploring giving users the choice to select any model regardless of tier, while limiting the number of providers or total usage.

What qualifies as a prompt response?

One prompt response equals one AI answer from any provider, which costs 25 credits.

If you track 8 prompts across 1 provider, that uses 200 credits per refresh cycle. If you track across 8 providers, that uses 1,600 credits per cycle.

Which LLMs does prompt tracking cover?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.

Is BYOK available for AppSumo users?

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) is planned and will be available for AppSumo Tier 3 and above. It will cover AI-based tasks including article generation and prompt tracking.

Can I shorten the 15-day tracking interval?

Not by using credits. The refresh interval is tied to your plan tier. We will soon offer weekly refreshes starting from Tier 3 and above. All future updates are included with your purchase.
