Dashboard looks empty after setup

This is completely normal in the first 24 hours. Here is what to expect.

AI Visibility and GEO Audit

  • Ready within minutes of completing onboarding

  • These do not depend on Google Search Console

Rankings and Traffic

  • Can take up to 24 hours to fully populate after connecting GSC

  • Google Analytics 4 can take 24 to 48 hours to show full historical data

  • Check back the next day before troubleshooting

Keywords I never added

  • SnowSEO automatically pulls keywords your site is already ranking for from Google Search Console

  • These are shown so you can spot opportunities you did not know about

  • You can officially track them with one click

My GSC property is not in the dropdown

  • Make sure you are signed in with the Google account that has access to the property

  • You need at least Restricted permission on that GSC property

  • Check that the domain matches exactly, including www if needed

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting Google in Brand Settings

  • One GSC property can be linked per Brand

My integration shows connected but no data appears

  • Click Reconnect from the expanded integration panel

  • Double check that the correct property or site is selected in the dropdown

  • Verify that your account has the right permissions in the external platform

  • Wait at least 24 hours. Some integrations need time to sync initially

  • Google Analytics 4 in particular needs 24 to 48 hours for full historical data

How to reconnect or disconnect an integration

  • Go to Brand Settings → Integrations

  • Find the integration you want to manage

  • Click Disconnect to remove it completely

  • Click Connect again to reconnect with the correct property

Your login credentials are safe. SnowSEO uses industry standard OAuth 2.0 for all connections. Your passwords are never stored.
