What's included in a plan?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits plus a set number of Brands, keyword tracking slots, page audits, and seats. Your plan also sets the fastest AI Visibility refresh interval you can choose.

Annual plans carry the same allowances at a lower yearly rate. Prices shown here do not include any active discounts, so check Settings -> Billing for your current options.
Fastest refresh is a floor, not a fixed setting. You can always choose a slower interval than your plan allows to save credits. See refresh intervals for details.
Extra Brands and seats
Scale plans already include unlimited Brands and unlimited seats, so this only matters on Starter and Pro.
Additional Brands and seats are priced at $5 each per month. Self-serve purchase from the dashboard is not switched on yet, so for now email [email protected] and we will add them to your account. Agencies managing many client sites should get in touch about bulk pricing rather than buying one at a time.
Upgrading to Scale 1 is often the better deal if you need more than a couple of extra Brands.
Extra AI credits
If you run out of AI credits before your plan renews, you can top up with extra credit packs:

These prices do not include any active discounts. Some plans carry a top-up discount that is applied automatically at checkout. Larger packs also have a better rate per credit.
You can buy a pack at any time with the Buy Extra Credits button at the top of the Billing screen.
How far do credits go?
With 500 credits you can generate 5 short articles (100 credits each) or record 33 prompt responses (15 credits each), or any combination of the two.
For example, 2 short articles (200 credits) plus 20 prompt responses (300 credits) uses the full 500 credit pool.
Longer articles cost more: roughly 100 credits for 800 to 1,000 words, 200 for 1,800 to 2,000 words, and 300 for 2,800 to 3,000 words. See how AI credits work in practice for the full cost list.
Where to see your usage
Every credit charge is itemised in Usage History.
How to open it
Click your avatar in the bottom left of the dashboard and choose Settings.
Open Billing & Plans.
Select the Usage History tab.

What it shows
A Credit usage chart over time, colour coded by category such as Content, AI Visibility, and Snowy
A Daily or Weekly view, plus a date range selector so you can zoom out to a full month or longer
A line by line list of every charge, each naming exactly what triggered it. A prompt tracked across 9 platforms shows as -135 credits, which is 9 responses at 15 credits each
A search box and a Filter button, so you can narrow to one Brand or one type of usage
Export CSV, if you want to analyse it yourself or bill a client

Common questions
Can I buy extra Brands?
Additional Brands are $5 per Brand per month, but self-serve purchase is not enabled in the dashboard yet. Email support and we will add them. Scale plans include unlimited Brands, so upgrading is often simpler.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. The monthly allowance that comes with your plan resets on your billing date and does not carry over.
Do extra credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase as a top up do not expire and have lifetime validity.
Which is used first, my monthly credits or my extra credits?
Your monthly plan allowance is always consumed first. Extra credits are only drawn on once the monthly pool is empty, so a top up you bought months ago is still waiting for you.
Will I be charged automatically when I run out?
No. Top ups are always a manual purchase. AI actions simply pause until your plan renews or you buy a pack.
